AWS & Cloud Infrastructure Management

AWS Monitored, Secured and Cost-Controlled in 30 Days

One accountable engineer keeps your cloud running: monitoring, backups, security fixes, cost control and fast incident response. Onboarded on the date promised for your tier, or your next revision round is free.

The problem and solution
The problem

Your AWS account grew by accident. Nobody is watching it day to day, backups are untested, access is wider than it should be, and the bill rises without anyone knowing why. You find out about problems when customers do.

Why it matters

Outages, breaches and surprise bills hit hardest when nobody owns the environment. Steady monitoring and clear ownership prevent most incidents, shorten the ones that happen, and keep your cloud spend tied to what you actually use.

The solution

I audit your environment, fix the highest risks first, set up monitoring and alerting, verify backups and put a monthly rhythm in place: patching, cost review and a short report. When something breaks, you have one person to call.

About Me

Why me

About Me.

I've spent my career at the intersection of software architecture and business strategy — leading engineering teams, rebuilding fragile systems into scalable platforms, and translating technical decisions into revenue, margin, and speed-to-market.

As a Fractional CTO, I embed with founders and leadership teams to bring senior technical judgment without the overhead of a full-time executive. That means honest audits, pragmatic roadmaps, and hands-on architecture — not just advice from the sidelines.

My focus is measurable outcomes: operations that run on autopilot, products that ship faster, and lead-generation systems that compound. If it doesn't move the business forward, it doesn't make the roadmap.

Testimonials

What our clients say.

Arfan didn't just advise us — he rebuilt our platform architecture and hired the team to run it. We shipped faster in six months than the previous two years combined.

Sarah Whitfield

CEO

We were drowning in manual dispatch and invoicing. Arfan automated it in weeks, not quarters, and our technicians finally have time back in their day.

Marcus Alden

Founder

As an agency, our margins live and die on process. The automation systems Arfan put in place let us take on more clients without adding headcount.

Frequently asked questions

FAQ

Common questions.

How long does onboarding take?

30 days for Starter and Growth, 45 days for Scale. The date is agreed before we start, and if I miss it your next revision round is free.

Do I keep control of my AWS account?

Yes. It stays in your name. I work through limited-access roles you can revoke at any time.

What does the monthly fee cover?

Monitoring, patching, backups, cost review, incident response during agreed hours and a monthly report.

What about AWS charges?

Amazon bills AWS usage to your account directly. My fee covers management only.

Is there an onboarding fee?

A one-time fee of $500 to $1,000 may apply depending on the size of the environment. It is quoted before you commit.

What if something breaks at night?

Response hours depend on your tier, and after-hours emergency support is available as an add-on.

Can you reduce my AWS bill?

Cost review is part of every plan. Savings depend on your environment, so I do not promise a fixed percentage.

Is there a long contract?

No. Plans run month to month after onboarding, with 30 days notice to cancel.

How do I start?

Book the 15-minute health check. I will review your setup and recommend a tier.

Can we cancel anytime?

Yes — this is a service relationship, not a lock-in contract; we'd just ask for reasonable notice to hand off cleanly.
