Dashboard & Reporting
See Your Whole Funnel in One Dashboard, Live in 10 Days
Pull your CRM and ad platform data into one view of lead sources, stage-by-stage drop-off and what actually converts. Built for teams where one lead is worth real money. Live on the date promised for your tier, or your next revision round is free.
You can see one number, an overall conversion rate or a lead count, and you are making spend decisions from it. You can't see which source produces customers instead of clicks, which stage loses the most leads, or whether last week's dip is a blip or a broken form. Every platform shows its own slice, and nobody has the whole picture.
Budget follows what you can measure. When reporting is partial, money keeps flowing to sources that look good in one tool and quietly lose in the next stage, while the real winners stay underfunded. A funnel problem that goes unnoticed for a month is a month of paid traffic leaking out.
I build one reporting layer on top of your CRM and ad platforms: every lead source, every funnel stage, conversion at each step, and alerts when something suddenly drops. You get a maintained dashboard with defined metrics your team agrees on, validated against your CRM before launch.

Why me
About Me.
I've spent my career at the intersection of software architecture and business strategy — leading engineering teams, rebuilding fragile systems into scalable platforms, and translating technical decisions into revenue, margin, and speed-to-market.
As a Fractional CTO, I embed with founders and leadership teams to bring senior technical judgment without the overhead of a full-time executive. That means honest audits, pragmatic roadmaps, and hands-on architecture — not just advice from the sidelines.
My focus is measurable outcomes: operations that run on autopilot, products that ship faster, and lead-generation systems that compound. If it doesn't move the business forward, it doesn't make the roadmap.
What our clients say.
Arfan didn't just advise us — he rebuilt our platform architecture and hired the team to run it. We shipped faster in six months than the previous two years combined.
Sarah Whitfield
CEO
We were drowning in manual dispatch and invoicing. Arfan automated it in weeks, not quarters, and our technicians finally have time back in their day.
Marcus Alden
Founder
As an agency, our margins live and die on process. The automation systems Arfan put in place let us take on more clients without adding headcount.

FAQ
Common questions.
We already have reports in our CRM and ad platforms. Why do we need this?
Each platform reports its own slice and counts its own wins. This puts every source and funnel stage in one view with shared definitions, so you can see which sources produce customers, not just clicks.
Can't we just build this in a spreadsheet?
You can, and many teams start there. The cost shows up in the manual exports, broken formulas and numbers nobody trusts. This refreshes automatically and is validated against your CRM before launch.
This feels expensive. How do I judge it?
Compare the price to what you spend on leads each month. If one source is quietly wasting 20% of your budget, a clear view pays for itself fast. I'll look at your numbers on the scoping call and tell you honestly if it isn't worth it yet.
Why not just use a BI tool ourselves?
A BI tool gives you a canvas. You still need the source connections, funnel definitions, validation and alerts. I build and validate those, and I can use the BI tool you prefer.
How is this different from a one-off freelancer dashboard?
A one-off dashboard often breaks when a source changes. This includes validation against your CRM, written metric definitions, alerts and a handoff, with an optional monthly retainer to keep it healthy.
What if our data sources aren't connected yet?
Then start with CRM Integration so leads land in one place, and we build the dashboard on top of it. Extra sources can be added later.
Can you guarantee more leads or revenue?
No. A dashboard shows you what is happening so you can decide better. The guarantee covers delivery: your dashboard is live by the promised date, and your totals reconcile with your CRM before launch, or I fix it free.
Which tier should I choose?
Most teams start with Funnel Command Center. Choose Core Funnel View for a single funnel with two sources, and Revenue Intelligence System if several teams need their own views and advanced alerts.
Ready to See Where Your Leads Really Go?
